Shipping policy

All UK Mainland orders over £100 in value are shipped free of charge. Standard shipping takes 2-3 working days to be delivered. Usually, products are dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of payment. Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Mon-Fri), except Bank Holidays.

Orders under £100 in value are subject to UK standard delivery (£9.99), which usually takes around 2-3 working days to be delivered. UK standard delivery will be shipped via DX courier service. If you require a faster delivery you can upgrade to UK next day delivery (£14.99), which takes around 1 working day (Monday-Friday).

UK Saturday delivery (£19.99) is available if you require a Saturday delivery, Order must be placed before 12pm on the Friday.

Soft goods (shoes and clothing) will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger items (bags and golf clubs) will be sent via DX courier service.

In the instance where there is a failed delivery, due to the customer not being present or anyone able to sign for the parcel at the delivery address, the courier will deliver to your nearest neighbour. If unsuccessful, they will make another delivery attempt the following working day. Further failures will lead to the parcel being returned to the courier’s depot and held awaiting the customer’s collection.

Upon receipt of your delivery before you sign for the parcel, if the package is damaged or if you think that your parcel has been tampered with, please ensure that you bring this to the driver’s attention and sign for the parcel as damaged.

Special delivery instructions box in the check out is offered as an option that is selected by the customer. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of goods with provided special delivery instructions by the customer. Customers requesting that their delivery is left in a safe place do so at their own risk.
